Nova Complement

I have done my best to illustrate a complete Crew Manifest of a Nova class vessel. It is based off of Lancer's crew breakdown, and then I made changes where I saw fit. Any comments are appreciated.

Even for a science ship, the Sci. department looks a little heavy, vs. the Ops. Dept. looks light. but that is just my personal thoughts.

I personally agree that Sciences looks a little on the overstaffed size. I would think a few more Ops personnel would be onboard too, even if only to stand watch when other officers are asleep or in sickbay etc.
Having said that, I would imagine that some of the science officers may have secondary duties in other areas as there are so many of them! (In the true manner of all ST characters that have a little/ alot of ability in other departments.
Seems to me that there are too many scientists for each department. Personally I would see two specialists per department, bearing in mind that most ST science/tech types have no problems with general scientific principles outside their own chosen specialisation.
