I suppose you are looking for a picture of her face, so why don't you simply do a google picture search for "miss india"?
We all know how average the average 24th century Starfleet human looks like.![]()
Okay, his idea was better!![]()

How about Parminder Nagra, a star of "Bend It Like Beckham" and presently appearing on "ER'. The link is to her IMDb entry; click the photo for more pictures of her.
Now there's the girl! Perfect
Real looking.
Thanks man
Oh and I loved Bend It, can't believe I didn't think of her straight off![]()
Wow, I forgot all about her. Good call. I will take a look and see if I can find anything, she can play the other girl's older, hotter, more perfect sisterOriginally posted by Don Mappin

I love both these women for the role.
One as a more realistic looking character and the other as a more exotic looking version.

And that would have nothing to do with it being your choice?
Seriously I am leaning that way as well.
She's hot! Look at that pic again!![]()

Although she has regrettably departed from this life, TMP's Persis Khambatta, was - I thought - one of the hottest Eastern ladies that ever graced the screen. Might be an idea to resurrect her (so to speak) for a welcome return to Trek. Although I would use a photo where she's actually got her hair.
I dunno...I prefer Parminder, myself...but, then her looks appeal to me more than the "supermodel" look.![]()

There's a local Indian doctor that starred, wrote and produced a film called Unspeakable from Houston. His wife is also an actress called S. Grover and also is in the film

First of all, Space Cadet's candidate is real cute.
As to the doc from Er or the lady from Golden Child...
I'm a little torn. I guess it would depend on the character. i don't see a serious, hard working scientist looking like a model, at least everyday. but then again, look how fabulous everybody on Trek looks all the time (early in the morning, late at nigh, during a Borg incursion), the Golden Child woman would work too.
I had a weird thought: Use the doc from er, then do a 'Venus Drug' story, and have the other woman be her on the drug. (I know that's kinda weird, but they have similar features. I always try to come up with crazy ideas like that.)
