I´ve a party of 3 elves, and so I think to make an old campaign idea from me true, and play during the war of the last alliance.
I need a bit of background information, especially the layout of elven realms ánd the dark realms.
Links or such would be extremely Useful

Off the top of my head:
Gil-galad ruled Lindon, with Elrond and Círdan as senior members of his Court. The Elves of Eregion had fled, their realm destroyed; Elrond was ruler of the refuge of Imladris - but it was probably not the centre of Elf culture at this time. Imladris' boom would be after the death of Gil-galag, which signalled the end of Lindon.
Orophor ruled the Wood Elves in Greenwood the Great.
Celeborn and Galadriel ruled the Wood Elves in Lothlórien.
There were various wandering companies of Noldor Elves still scattered around Arnor.
Thats it on the Elf front.
