I'm wondering with the defiant being the "only" known federation vessel witha cloak, would starfleet contemplate putting Mono-refracting plating on to stealth the class up without breaking the Treaty of Algernon?
I think they would in light of the dominion war.

personally, I find it rediculous that the Feds have developed more along these lines. Just what the hell did the Federation get out of the treaty of algeron anyway to give away this kind of tactical system?
