Maps from "Way of Kolinahr"

Hey gang,

Does anyone happen to have a scan of the map on the last pages of LUG's "Way of Kolinahr" book? I just recieved my copy today ($6 - yay for Ebay), but the crease on the back pages completely obliterates the middle of the map. I really don't want to pull the book apart to get at it.

So does anyone have a scan, where the middle is visible?
