iirc you can take one free flaw during either Personal Development or Professional Development and one more edge at the cost of acquiring a flaw.

Actually, you get one free Edge during either Personal of Professional Development. You can take Flaws (maximum of two) to get more Edges (1 per Flaw taken) at either stage.Originally posted by GandalfOfBorg
