That's some damned good stuff, my friend! I've only given it a quick once-over (I'm at work, and my boss is sitting 3 metres behind me!), but it looks rock-solid.

I love what you've done re: criticals, especially. I think I'll be using it in my LotR game - I've always wanted something to reflect the things we see in novels, but are usually unable to get in RPGs. You know, where the hero is badly injured and his companions are racing to get him to a healer...he's getting worse as they're clambering over mountains and riding hard across the plains...
Happens all the time in fiction, but I've only ever been able to pull it off once in 20 years of gaming (AD&D, with 1 hp per hour being done due to poisoning and a mad ride from Hommlet to Verbobonc to find a high-level cleric...
)
