    History
Syralla was actually brought online in 2295 shortly before the death of Harry Mudd. Syralla was physically styles after Harry Mudd’s first love Mary McDonnell, in one of his many moments of nostalgia.
In the 30 years of his arrival, Mudd made many suggestions to improve the physical presentation and personalities of the androids. By the time of his death, the androids were so human-like that they were indistinguishable from them. Essentially they make Data look like a wind-up toy in comparison.
Each android is equipped with an internal communications system that allows them to converse over incredible distances. Highly sensitive sensors and neural systems allow them to break down information at unbelievable speeds.
Through the years since Mudd’s death, the android governing council has sent many of their number to distant planets to investigate the societies of the different species. They have worked hard to merge with their host cultures, and have never been discovered in their ruses.
Syralla actually worked for the previous owner of the Farscape and when the ship changed hands, she remained aboard. Her mission continues to be; observe and report.
She has the body of an Orion slave-woman with a talent for communications equipment; after all she hides her real abilities under a veneer of beauty that clouds the mind of the men who surround her. Amazingly though, she always seems to come up with the solution that no one else can think up.

What are the Species Stats for a Mudd Android, modified.

(I assume "original" style, would also have a flaw that they are purely logic-based. Penalty on diplomacy. Could possibly work for Data, too...)

    Mitchell,
Qerlin had +3 str, +2 vit, +2 int.
He gave them the flaw:emotionless. Because of exposure to kirk and mudd, I had her buy it off.

I had noticed this last night and passed it on to qerlin. His response, "I forgot about the Mudd androids." He's glad people are using the rules.

Alot of people seem to have In the FASA supplement TNG Officer's Manual (The first book, with the blue cover) They mentioned Mudd's android's and how they were secretly integrating some of themselves into federation society. I always liked that bit.

I'll pass it along. Between family and work issues, I suspect he needs a boost.

He does do good work: I read his London sourcebook for the RPG he's been writing for and found it incredible. His GM'ing for our games is exceptional, especially as he is not a Star Trek fan (but he loves the system.) My tastes in science fiction have always been more dystopian or hard science -- he's made me enjoy the 'Trek experience'. Where he really shines is Victorian-era sci-fi. I'm a fan, as you can tell.

I don't do the posting bit often...I simply don't have the time...but due to injury, I'm off for the next week or so, allowing me to act as a conduit.

Sorry to hear about your injury

Considering how prolific a poster he was, I'm surprised to hear he wasn't that big a ST fan . But yes the system is really quit good.

I've always LOVED ST, but a friend ran a really good game of Victorian Sci-Fi using the Castle Falkenstein rules, but including stuff from Space:1889.
I played a Dwarf engineer Thank you for being Q's message passer-alonger and welcome to the board !!(As I don't recognize your name)

Yes...my knee was given a bad turn while working on the fires out here. Hit a particularly nasty gust of wind that shoved my chopper sideways and essentially wrenched my bad knee the wrong way on the pedals that control yaw. I had blown out the knee, as well as broke the leg, several ribs, and my arm in two places in a helicopter accident about 10 years ago while in the Royal Navy. Every once in a while, the knee gets fussy. I can fly when it hurts, but this was a distinctly bad turn this time. My copilot had to get us down. I'll have my company flight physical coming up soon; hopefully I'll pass.

We use Scott's house rules for CF for the Victorian campaign, but in a tweaked Space:1889 universe.

Yes, I'm new here, although I have been lurking for some time.
