Is there a set of rules in the corebook about how one can recruit an army? My latest chronicle, the PC's must build an army to help defend a besiged Kingdom from the witch king.
But I'm missing that critical element.

No rules as such, but a noble could probably get it done easiest, though anyone with the Command edge or the like shouldn't have a problem.
That should probably be left to role-playing more than a die roll. Have the characters go door to door, recruiting and see what happens.

Start knockin' on the local nobles doors. This could actually prove interesting for RPing it, some would willingly come over, but others might need some convincing.
