    B5 Creator Pitches Trek

    FYI,

    B5 Creator Pitches Trek
    Babylon 5 creator J. Michael Straczynski told fans on a B5 Usenet group that he and Dark Skies creator Bryce Zabel have put together an idea for a new Star Trek series, which he said would revive the ailing franchise.

    Let me guess;

    "The Babylon Starbases were built as a meeting place, where the Federation, The Klingon, The Romulans and the Ferengi could negotiate diplomatic and trade treaties. It was our last best hope for peace..."

    I just have a mental image of JMS pitching all his lost B5 scripts for the missing season of B5, and the two failed spin-offs...

    Actually...
    ...That may not be as bad an idea as it sounds.
