I just picked this up - amazing product - if I had had this when I made Bird of Prey and Daedalus plans for my games, my life would have been so much easier. It is an ideal product for anyone running a Trek game - the symbols are perfect.

One tip for anyone who wants to make plans of an existing ship - find a good 3-view of the ship and import it into CC2 at its own layer. Scale it to the right size and then on a temp layer trace the outer hull, important features, etc.

Hey, Dan, have you made any star maps using that program yet? If so, would you might either posting one or two or firing them off to me via email so I can see if this is a product worth picking up?

I'm not so interested in the ship layouts as I am in the star map features of the program, but I'd like to see what it looks like first.

Here's the website for it. Looks like a traveller map. but the deck plans look good.

Just curious. Can you use it to make modern deckplans, like the inside of a C-130 and design it to look like a mobile HQ/Command Post with a carport for a Hummer and two motorcycles?

You probably could use it for modern designs - though not optimal, I think it would be doable.

    Question

    Does anyone have that expansion?

Does it have a template of C-130's interior?

Does it have a template of a private yacht or a Gulfstream jet deckplan?

Oi. That's not quite what I was hoping for star maps. I was hoping for something that looked more "spacey".

    Ah well....the hope goes on.

You mean youd like the Stelar cartography room from Generations ? Try picking up a copy of Adobe Illustrator and get drawing

It's a nice product, and I recognise those Startrek maps from someone who advertised them on here a while ago, so it looks like he's getting recognition for his work.. very nice!

That was Anomaly. The work in question is from the Station 419-Upsilon maps for the former AnomalyMUX, as well as the deckplans of the Brilliant-class Light Escort, the gamestats for which in both ICON/Spacedock and CODA/Starships were written by myself, and the deckplans made by Noms.

For the record, I can vouch how hard he worked on the symbols and sample maps.
