Smile Tobian Type Space Station - Deck 1 Deckplans

I wanted to share this: http://www.ergi3.de/Deck1.pdf

It is based on a design by Tobian which he posted here (at the bottom of the page) and which I decided to use in the campaign I am currently preparing. I'll call the station Sierra III since it will be one of the outposts along the Romulan Neutral Zone, which I am only mentioning since this role influenced part of the interior layout.

    • In the center is Ops, the station's command center.
    • At 12 o'clock is a recreational area with a food replicator.

The other rooms/areas in clockwise order are:
    • corridor
    • small recreational area
    • sensor specialist's office (responsible for overseeing the gravimetric sensor net along the NZ)
    • gravimetric sensor net control room (using holographic technology comparable to that found in the Enterprise D's astrometry)
    • observation lounge
    • captain's office
    • first officer's office
    • lavatory

If it looks too sterile to you get some crayons and put some plants and furniture into the corners.

    Cool!

you should have said, as I'm working on a set of Deckplans with Publis, and I just made him up a master layout of the whole station!

I'm getting so buzzed about it again that I've resumed modeling it again Now where did I put that spare time.....

My long term goal, once I have it fully finished (yeah like ever! ) I'm gonna make up a huge poster sized print, and include the deckplans.. no idea how that's going to be laid out but i can tell you I am glad i bought my new 250 gig hard drive, or else I'd have no where to keep it
