This is a true tragedy to trek rpg...guess i will have to look at d20 future.Know that I went to bat for you several times, before the news of the RPG lines being shopped around broke. I spoke with people at Decipher and floated several different plans to them to get the product out. Be it electronic delivery, limited print runs via online sales, etc. I even offered to carry the expense MYSELF. When that didn't pan out, I inquired as to how *I* could purchase the RPG rights.
I was attracted to trek rpg because of its layout. It was very attractive to look at and a joy to read.
I truly feel when Don closes this...trek RPG will go belly up. However i do have a unusual question. how about all the expansion material Don mappin and/or
doug was working on.
One of you was working on a big ass adventure and I think a next gen expansion. There was talk of engineer maneuvers and how if need be to change starship
combat to table top. In fact would you be able to display all your unfinished works? Afterall if the site is closing and Trek dead in the water at least go out with a
bang!! Even if it is not finish or incomplete at least we fans have a idea to work off.
