    Thank you, Don.

As one of the longer-lasting subscribers here, I want to say thanks, Don. I appreciate the years you have invested here, and I wish you happiness and success in whatever you do in the future.

And thanks for trying with Decipher. It's obvious to me that this is a company I do not need to be supporting in the future.

I go the big one hundred on this. The lengths Don went to in order to secure some kind of release for the Lost Works were nothing short of Herculean - and if the expletive deleted dunderheads at Decipher had even an ounce of sense to them, they would have jumped on the opportunity like horns on a mugato.

I am not - and probably never will be - into CCGs, but I have, like you, Allen, decided that I don't need to have truck with a company for whom we're even less than paying customers. If a third party publisher (improbable as that may be) ever releases Blood and Honor, Glass Darkly et al, I'll definitely pick them up...but as for Decipher itself, it'll be a blustery day in Hell before I even look at their work again. Here's a big Hell Yeah! to Don for providing such a great place for us to hang out at. I'll really miss this place, it's been five (for me) years of fun.

I do have one parting shot, in typically excellent Queegster eloquence:

DECIPHER CAN SUCK MY ORANGE FERENGI ASS!

    Cheers all,

    LQ

P.S. Is anyone here from Toronto? Ah, the good old LUG chat days ...

    Thumbs up

I will miss this forum. I will not miss Decipher's continual yanking of our collective chains. I too have sent a number of polite queries to Decipher with nothing but an automated response.

Don, many thanks for all you've done to support the game.

Even though I was only here for a short while, I too wish to say thanks. These are/were an excellent board.

    I second that motion.

I'm from Montreal BTW. Ice, what's cool about Ottawa is that even though its 10 times smaller than the GMA (greater Montreal area) the gaming stores have SO much more stuff than here. Simply put, Montreal sucks mega ass when it comes to gaming. Francophones are only into the medieval/fantasy stuff, and the little few who dig sci-fi never go behond Star Wars Then you have the GW drones/zombies crowd, but even there its rather small and the fantasy side of GW dominates over the sci-fi franchise.

So far my fav store in Ottawa is Fandom (the one near the dept of defence building).

I hear the coolest gaming store in Canada is the Sentry Box in Edmonton. Any comments?
