Coda / Icon Conversion Issues?

Hi all. I sheepishly need to ask for your help as my search-fu is weak at the moment.

Back in the day I posted a Coda / Icon conversion document. I'm in the process of updating this pseudo-official document and remember people bringing up some good questions and pointing out some conversion bits that didn't work. I'd like to correct those mistakes in this "final" version. Can anyone give me a hand and point me towards the thread(s) where this was discussed?

I did the original conversion document with input from Owen Seyler (LUG/Decipher) back in the day would like to check this one item off my list. I think it'd also be possible to have the conversion document work both ways (Coda -> Icon) as opposed to the original Icon -> Coda format that it originally took.

If you have any suggestions you can slap them here; I'll be keeping an eye on this thread.
