I wanted to create a new PC, but I wanted to make a part-Betazoid, part-Romulan character. Does anyone remember which book and what pages the mixed species rules are listed on? I can't seem to find them.

Page 103 of the TNG Core rulebook has the Mixed Species Heritage (+6) advantage. AFAIK, that is the only rule for mixed species stuff.
How in the Galaxy did a Romulan and a Betazoid get together? 8-)

I'm still thinking through the logic on that coupling.But, if Voyager can make huge leaps in logic, than an RPG character can, too.
