What are the names of the three nation states of Langara (Jonas Quinn's homeworld) in Stargate SG-1?

    Andari, Terania and Kelowna

    http://wiki.stargate-sg1-solutions.c...ex.php/Kelowna

Technically speaking I don't believe the planet was given an official name other than 'Kelowna', because that's what the nation state they interacted with called it, but they later named it Langara.

I always found that funny - Kelowna is a city in the Okanagan Valley, in the interior of British Columbia. As Stargate SG-1 is shot in BC, I think we can count that one as a confirmed in-joke.

    Okay, next question:

Which piece of Sci-Fi hokum featured an alien species known as 'Kelvin's, and why were they known as this?

They were the two little dudes from Battle Beyond The Stars. They were so called because they can emit varying degrees of heat.

I'm sure I could have found out, but I've only ever seen a couple of episodes of Millenium, so I had no idea !
