Well, to be fair, the whole point of errata and rules corrections is to help smooth over any errors or inconsistencies. And I have yet to find a game that didn't have them (Have you seen the FAQ for the D&D3E core books? It dwarfs (no pun intended
) what we put together for LOTR and Trek put together...).
Maybe it's because of the subject matter, but I just don't see why there are so many complaints about LOTR when games that seem much more popular have just as many (if not more!) mistakes.
