I was just wondering if any of you have taken the time to create or maybe have run across somebody who has created the stats for Capt. Jellico (From TNG "Chain of Command") or Cmdr. Vaughn (From the DS9 novels)?

I think these are two great Trek characters, and I am planning on using them both in a series under development. Thanks for your input.
