    Drydock: Starship Creator/Generator Program

Been kinda busy for the last month or so. I've been working on a starship generator/builder program since October (off and on) in the same vien as my previous generator project, the character builder. The program is called Drydock and its a standalone win32 program and roughly about 65 % complete. It comes packaged with a database editor but the user must supply the data. Just to show the fruits of my work I'm posting some screenshots, hopefully to pressure me to finish it off. Just to cut down development time, i might be insearch of someone who can write the documentation file for the program and I possibly will be searching for beta testers. But one step at the time for now. Here's the screenshots:

    Feedback is appreciated.

I'd be more than happy to serve as a Beta Tester. Are you including info from both Starships and the NG?

Yes. It supports starship creation for both Starships and NG. The only thing I will not include is the data tables. The user will have to input the data from all those tables on their own with the database manager, but it also allows the user to input custom components for their starships.

I'll definitly keep you and Tomcat as testers.

Cant wait for this either, been using one that was set up to use Access 2000 Database to run the program and it is very buggy

I liked your Character creator and if there's still room to Beta test your ship creator program, I'd like to help out.

    Thanks.

That would probably be mine. Sorry about the bugs - I posted a debugged version a couple of months ago. Haven't had any feedback on it yet though!

I look forward to seeing how this one comes out - I had a nightmare getting the edges and prototype calculations to work. Lotus maybe better suited to it.
