Anything you can pass on about this, Doug?

If you haven't heard, or are under an NDA about it, that's OK... just wondering.

It's really, really sad that we're beginning to consider things like this "news."

I'll save my usual cynical remarks about Decipher for another time.

i didn't see any announcements regarding trek rpg come through on decipher's volunteer email list (unless my spam filtering programs ate them) although we are awaiting one probably any day now.

edit: although i did see a post saying rpgs more of a focus in conventions this year. no mention of which rpgs in particular.

Nope. I haven't heard anything about this. But I will. Sometime today, if I have my way.

I don't know why everyone seems to insist Doug has a magical treasure chest of secrets, that he just decided to not tell us, to be cruel? If he can't tell us because of an NDA, or he doesn't know! Is he likelly to tell everyone on the largest fan-forum, which, if I worked at Decipher I'd sure check to see NDA's hadn't been broken? it's annoying me, i don't know about Doug!

While I appreciate the support, Tobian, I'm sure Hugh didn't mean to imply any of that. He (like most of the old timers here) knows exactly what I've been through...

That is correct, Doug. Sorry to anyone if it came across any other way.

i think you were really clear about not asking him to break confidence. people here are really on edge waiting for a pending announcement for a couple of weeks and even longer waiting in the dark.

edit: trek rpg will be included in decipher's convention rpg push if they can find volunteers.

I know he's not having a go or anything, it's just a dumn question. I.e. If he had something to tell I am pretty sure he would have already!

I can't claim to know anyone's personal misery, but I have been reading these forums for quite a while.. I know roughly what happened

Work in retail, there will always be someone that assumes you are hiding what they want in the backroom.

    poor Doug...

Maybe when we address such things to Doug we're really just trying to keep each other's attention on the subject... yeah, that must be it, yeah.
