The CODA system and other settings

I've been running a LOTR chronicle since the release of the game. I really like the CODA system. I think that with a little tweaking the system can handle just about anything you want to throw at it.

So while I'm waiting on Guardians of Order's A Game of Thrones RPG , I thought I might try running a few adventures in Westeros using the CODA system. Anyone already attempt this (or used CODA in another form other than ST and LOTR)?

    Any ideas or recommendations welcome!

    Thanks,

    Elendil

I've created a CODA Harry Potter and I know of at least one instance of another person making a modern CODA game as well based off of my CODA BSR.

I've been seriously thinking of porting over the Babylon 5 RPG stuff to CODA. I was a little reticent about the starship part, but the new Call to Arms space combat for the Mongoose stuff would work on top of the CODA stuff 'til I got around to working out weapons and stuff for the B5 universe in the CODA system.

I don't plan on it happening soon, though, with the constraints of the thesis work I have.

I've been ever so slowly porting Dune: Chronicles of the Imperium to CODA. The CODA BSR will probably be a lot of assistance, actually. Did you finally finish with that?

Of course, the real obstacle at the moment is working at least 10 hours a day and that City of Heroes habit of mine on top of it...

    Battlestar

I had talked about this on the other forums but I have been really impressed with the new Battlestar Galactica Series that has been released this year (the two-hour movie last year). I think with a bit of tweaking and using GoB's BSR, it could be a great genre to base a game on.

The only problem is there is only one Battlestar... still, could be fun!
