Didn't you know? Vulcan women commonly do grow facial hair.

Who said anything about facial hair?

It's my understanding that the role of "Vicious Mirror Vulcan with Beard" is being played by Soval in this particular episode.

Yeah, I read that. Hmmmm....evil councilor Troi.....and original Troi acting evil.

An Enterprise (ver. D) with no families on board, just LOTS of Weapons 'o' mass destruction.

Conquered Klingons (yeah, you heard me! they surrendered, so that future generations would live to fight!)

I'd like to see an image of that Enterprise. It was described in the book to be noticably different from ours.

Such an Enterprise D wouldn't really need to look anything like the Galaxy class, which is really a heavy hitting peacetime vehicle. The windows and likelly the shape would go, and is all that size really neccessary when you don't have families on board? It would likelly be smaller. In such a future I also imagine the Federation would have cloaking devices too! Well enough with the fanboy wet dream

I seem to recall the book describing it as larger and definitely bearing some semblance to ours.
