Also for anyone that did watch the show, someone has seen fit to build the website featured during Episode 1;

And breaking news.
Chris Eccleston, afraid of being typecast, has announced that he will quit as the Doctor after series 1. How many regenerations has the Dr. got left?

Shame really, he was none too bad in the role.

Hey!
Any words on when we might be able to catch this here in the US? Maybe on BBC America?
Tom
Well, traditionally it usually takes a couple of years before we get the US TV series over here. However, of late this has been getting better, often with the UK airing within 12 months of the original broadcast.Originally Posted by Arknight
However you also have BBC America as you say, so I reckon you might not have to wait too much longer, after all, this is a Flagship show for the beeb. So it makes sense that they will sell it worldwide.

The fact it's been made in an international format speaks to me that it is intended to be sold internationally, and the BBC are likelly not going to sit on it for too long, because of all the internet interest that will have been kicked up! it's going to be a cash cow for the BBC, so expect it to air internationally ASAP![]()

They're selling DVDs of the new Who starting in May. So die-hard Who fans will be able to catch the series (if they buy the DVDs) very quickly. By summer there is going to be a complete first season boxed set...
...in the shape of a TARDIS no less.
Strange having another short-stint Doctor (Colin Baker, anyone?); only two regenerations left!![]()

CBC in Canada is currently running the Doctor Who series on Tuesday nights, so our friends near our border might be able to pick it up via antenna.Well, traditionally it usually takes a couple of years before we get the US TV series over here.
