I had another RPG forum that seemed more active than this one but my computer died on me before I could rescue all of them and despite my best attempt to search the internet I can't find it. Anyone have the link? I'm pretty sure GoB was over there, so if you see this - please fling the link to me! Thanks!

GandalfOfBorg mention previous that the Decipher LOTR Forum was pretty well used and that is what prompt me to direct you there. I was at first (with the first thread) that would be too easy to think of. Like you said if you can not find it...
