Good for him! I wish that more people would take on Microsoft like that. It is harrasement, intimidation and unfair tactics for one huge company to take on low paid individuals. It's about time that it got it's come uppance. His one mistake, I think, is he agreed to the non-disclosure agreement. Technically he had done nothing wrong, so there's no real reason he had to sign that, in a court of law he would have won, then Microsoft would have found it's self on the recieving end of all of those countersuits!
