Prime Directive was the RPG set in the world of Star Fleet Battles, who got their licence back in the 70s and are fiercely protective of it. Paramount is not very happy with them, feeling their take on the Trek universe was too miltaristic (and, of course, the deal was made back when they thought Trek was worthless ).
The Computer game Starfleet Command is grown not from Trek, but from SFB.
