    Worst post ever...

Ok, this is so uber-geeky of me I almost don't want to post it, but I think I'm among the only people who might find it cool.

Last nite, while cruising a dept store, looking for a halloween costume, I made an amazing discovery on one of the many (they are doing a major remodel) discount merchandise tables:
Not one, but two of the Art Asylum Gorn action figures from last year. 2!!
    And discounted like 25% off!!
So, guess I'll have to wait a week to get that costume.

    Yay me! (And Yay consumerism!!!)

Concrats I guess, I've never heard of the "Art Asylum Gorn action figures from last year". I also don't think it's Uber-Geeky, they were made to be purchased, right

    Uhm about 4-5 inches.

I have the 'Barbie' sized one too, makes me wish such a toy existed when I was younger; 'Barbie is trapped in some alien beachhouse and must fight the alien who is trying to buy her property.'

    The funny thing with Barbie...

Is Mattel DID a set of Barbie and Ken in Star Trek uniforms awile ago, original series, so THAT would have worked great with the Gorn.

And Tricky, You're EXTRA LUCKY, the Art Asylum Gorn were (AFAIK) CHASE FIGURES (like one per case, or so...). Oh know a good friend of my has been trying to track down ONE in my area, but to no avail...
...and that's about the time it hit the fan...

    Truisms I know:
    1) Marvel is NOT better than DC (nor should EVERYTHING be ‘ULTIMITED’),
    2) D20 is NOT the best gaming system out there (nor should EVERYTHING be ‘crammed’ into it),
    3) And No matter how ‘THEY’ dress it up, Regardless of how ‘THEY’ title it, and even if ‘THEY’ say “BASED ON…”; “ENTERPRISE” IS NOT STAR TREK!!!
    4) 'Reality' T.V. ain't 'Real'

Yeah, that's why i bought them; I knew they were super hard to get.
Was going to buy Kor (and was looking really hard for the orion slave girl), but decided to pass.

Now I feel bad for breaking up a set!
