    Starfleet #1

    And 'lo, it was compiled...

Starfleet #1: Ships of the Constitution Era, Vol 1

Includes write-ups and information on the Constitution, Saladin, Hermes, Capella, Sherman, Independence, Derf, Nelson, Bonaventure, Larson, Anton, Wayfarer, Loknar, Longbow, Decatur, Surya, and Federation Classes.

    Whew!

Also includes quick registry range guide, size comparison chart, CODA and rough FASA notes, and a sheet of hexagonal counters for the ships within the guide.

And, most importantly, it's FREE! That's definately the best part about it...

A brave little theory, and actually quite coherent for a system of five or seven dimensions -- if only we lived in one.

I don't play CODA or FASA and I still think this is superb work!

But what happened to the Ptolemy class Tug, Washington Class Heavy Carrier, Hellespont Class Destroyer, Burke Class Destroyer, Somnulus Class Fast Hospital ship, Akula Class Destroyer, and the Marco Polo Class...Explorer?

Several of these will appear in the next compilation. Though I haven't 100 percent settled on this yet, Book #2 will have a focus for modular transports (due to the added rules involved). There's a surprising number of pods out there, that there are...

The various carriers and fighters will come later, natch.

I'm going to exercize creative license with the Taurus and Marco Polo as well.. and just assume that they weren't... drawn adequately for each design.

Well... there is.. some.. but I really keep the vectors only for the primaries and do a lot of pixel editing for looks.
