If it helps you I have several versions of borg vessels in the PDF files that I put to gether of ships and space stations.

These vessels have little in weakness and can out gun most vessels. other than that I have little to help you than direct you to the Star Trek Voyager Sourcebook by Volker. It has a small borg information tech. This is all I can give you, other than looking in the Narating section of this forums for the Borg threads.

The Borg Cube is detailed in the Spacedock Sourcebook, other than that I don't know if any of the other types have been converted.
