Actually, the spelling is taken from the Federation Reference Series.. so if it's wrong (and it might be, I've never heard of it before seeing it in the FRS), it's wrong on the same page there as well.

Yeah, it's weird.

It does seem that it should be either "Terralang" (for Terran language) or "Terranglo" (for... um... Terran language, based on Anglo [English]).
