Has anyone been watching Trek 2.0? I have seen it a few times. Some the online comments are so lame. And was the big deal about the Spock Market anyway? How to market a 40-year-old series to a target audience of 18-34 year olds? That was the task of Neal Tiles when he became president of the G4 cable network president, resulting in an interactive version of the original Star Trek that is now the network's top-rated show.
I am suprise that Star Trek:TNG has not been a bigger hit for G4.
They talk about G4 limited appeal. Of course they took over a Cable station with more appeal, TechTV, mostly for its nondigital location and remove most of the programs that made it great. Its not too hard to improved its appeal.
