Just got linked to this thread, looks very interesting/useful. I'll have to come up with a few ideas and add them here, if anyone is interested.

One idea is a hospital, but I'll have to tweak the room types/number, plus the medical care available.

    City Hospital

The standard city hospital is designed to be able to rescue people from nearby, and treat them rapidly before either transferring them to a primary hospital with better personnel, or holding them as they recover naturally.

These hospitals are built to a Starfleet standard plan, allowing for hostile environments as necessary, and are part of an integrated city plan. They are designed to be built at a rate of one City hospital for every 50,000 people. This rate does not take into account the larger Hospitals that will exist on a planet, but those are built for much larger populations, due to their far more specialized personnel and training. The standard City Hospital and staff can treat 99% of the statistically likely cases that will occur in a population of that size.

As part of their peaceful nature, they were unarmed, with no military grade protection or reinforcement. This caused thirty percent of the hospitals on Earth to be destroyed during the Breen attack, plus an additional twenty-five percent had structural damage, forcing evacuation of the staff and patients. Until reinforcements arrived to force the Breen out of the Sol, this resulted in retired medical personnel performing critical surgery in the streets outside the ruined buildings, desperately trying to save a being's life, while volunteers climbed into the ruins to salvage anything they could to help save a life.

    Size: 2 (625 SU max)
    SU used: 585
SU remaining: 40 (Hospitals are not designed to be upgraded in a similar manner to Starships, and as a result these floor plans cannot be changed without GM permission.)

    Hull Data:

    Outer Hull: 8 SU
    Inner Hull: 8 SU

    Resistance:
    Outer Hull <2> 0 SU
    Inner Hull <2> 0 SU

    Structural Integrity Field: None

Atmospheric Capability: 2 SU (capable of keeping hostile weather out of the hospital)

Planetfall Capability: 2 SU (Structural and Foundation support for the building)

    Patient/Staff data:

    Crew Quarters:
Spartan: 60 people - 3 SU (this is a series of small bunkbeds and living spaces for doctors and nurses that choose to spend the night at the Hospital rather than going home. Rarely used, but invaluable in the rare cases that need on-site support)
Basic Quarters: 200 people - 20 SU (The regular rooms at a Hospital that people can recover from smaller injuries that erquire overnight stays.
Expanded Quarters: 100 people - 20 SU (This is the primary care rooms, sometimes there are 2 people to a room, or for nurseries)
Unusual Quarters: 20 people - 20 SU (This reflects the specialized ER rooms used at a Hospital, and are the primary ones in use. They are also capable of handling differnet living environments, so can provide the correct environment for recuperating patients.)

    Basic Life Support: 8 SU
    Reserve Life support: 4 SU
Backup Life Support: 8 SU (A completely separate life support system to make sure the patients live. This uses a completely different set of life support ducts from the regular Life Support system)
Backup Reserve Life Support: 4 SU
Personnel Capacity: 1200 people - 9 Power (Allowing for tripling capacity of the Hospital rooms in the case of a low-level disaster)

Medical Supplies: 1 year - 3 SU (1 year of 'consumables', involving various dietary limited foods, medical supplies, etc. These are stored in non-replicator format, as in case of a disaster the local replicator grid will be under stress.)

Food Replicators: 2 SU, 2 Power

    Industrial Replicators:
Network: 2 SU (Used to replicate small items used in medical work, ranging from expendable probes for internal scans, to disposable sterile items.)
2 Large Replicators: 6 SU (Primary and backup used to replicate beds for non-standard body forms, along with other large items that can be needed in emergency situations)
    Power usage: 6 Power

    Medical/Relaxation/Movement:

    Medical Rating:
Emergency Care Center: Rating 7 - 35 SU (Emergency Care doctors, primarily focus on the Patients that are about to die.)
Maternity/Child Care Center: Rating 7 - 35 SU (Primary care doctors are kept close to the children's wing to aid patients that are about to give birth, and to provide after-birth care for parent and child.)
    Daytime medical Support:
5 Facilities @ Rating 6 each (Daytime support to handle the primary cases that come in)
    Total power Used: 44 Power

Recreation Center: Rating 6 - 48 SU (Two Main holodecks to handle discussions with other medical personnel there, either to get help with a critical case, or to provide edication to younger personnel. Ten personal holodecks allow the doctor to show the patient and loved ones the current situation and proposed treatment options. Pleasant eating facilities for the patients to help recover, Large lounge for people waiting to see loved ones, to small lounges for the staff for when they need a break. Small holodecks can also be used for simulated training sessions, so the students get to experience a disaster, without the actual disaster occurring.)

    Personnel Transportation system:

Admin Control Center: 10 SU (Primary location for coordinating patients entering, visitors arriving, and maintenance/medical issues that occur)
Emergency Control Center: 6 SU (Control center located at the Emergency patient entrance, focused around coordinating injured patients and getting them care ASAP)
Vistor Control Center: 6 SU (Control center to make sure visitors can find their loved ones quickly and efficiently, without distracting the doctors from patients that need their help.)

    Computers:
Primary Cores: 3 - 6 SU (15 Power) (Only one is necessary for daily operations, but the other two are mirror copies, so if the current core has to be taken offline, the doctors, admins, and patients never notice. When the computer is brought back up, its patient data is updated from the other two, again without the doctors or patients noticing any downtime.)
