...Anybody out there know if there's been a stat set made for the Starfleet TR 116 projectile rifle?
It sounded like quite a project that Starfleet came up with: A projectile weapon for use where energy dampening fields or atmospheric conditions negated the effects of phaser-type weaponry. So they went back to the old-fashioned projectile weapons.
Any guesses/thoughts/stats?
