Using generic D20 adventures for CODA LotR

Given the similarities of the CODA rules to the classic d20 fantasy RPG system, I was thinking of using the complete campaign "Ruins of the Dragon Lord" by Mongoose Publishing, a generic fantasy epic, as basis for a long LotR chronicle. Has anybody done anything similar before?

I do see why you would think that, but the answer is 'no' anyway.
It is a complete campaign set made by Mongoose Publishing. A box set containing one giant Dungeon Crawl that brings your D&D character from 1st to 20th level on the run. But as I don't play D&D but came across the box cheaply and want to use it. I would provide a link, but the thing was discontinued by MGP only recently. But I think there is a review available at rpg.net or the usual sites. Just google it

My newest idea would be to use the Game Mastery Module J1: Entombed with the pharaohs by Paizo Publishing with a LotR RPG group. Are there mummies in Middle-Earth?
