Towing a Ship at Warp Speeds

Can a starship tow another starship at warp speeds?

Can a starship tow an unpowered starship at warp speeds?

    Was just wondering.
If Matt Damon is going to be Captain Kirk, does that mean Ben Affleck is gonna be Mr. Spock?

I'd have to say yes; we saw more than a couple of examples of this in the last couple of seasons of DS9.

Warp Towing is more complecated then regular towing though . . . as for something to go to warp with a vessel, it has to either have its own warp field, or be within the warp field of the towing vessel in order to be able to be at a sustained warp speed. Furthermore, the energy cost of sustaining a tractor beam while at warp speed differs greatly from regular tractor field towing.
