    Let's make a new record!

If you take a look at the bottom of the staring page of these forums you'll find a counter naming the 24 of July 2006 as the day that this board saw the most active users, namely 34.

Can we manage to beat that number in 2007?

    What you say?!

Are there even 34 people browsing this board?

If there were 34 people roughly a year ago, then I'd say they are still here.

    Let's try this.

    We are already two

I just checked the main page and there's only two of us now.

Oh, and no, your English is really good, Cut. Better than many native speakers, in fact. Me just make fun time laugh you.

    Thanks, LQ I'm flattered.

Honestly I'm very happy to be able to give you a good laugh every now and then, anyway

I think that the time difference between members is a problem and most likely if we are to succeed, we'll have to make it work week-days as I have the feeling that the boards are more or less resting on week-ends.

If there would be an announcement of a new Trek RPG License owener or Trek XI was to hit the theaters any time soon, I'd think that help this project a wee bit

    What say you

To keep the record up, we need to keep one window of the forum open on our internet browser, that way we're recorded as actively looking.

    That's cheating...
I want active people here, not open browser windows...

How does that work? There were 34 people who logged in that day total, or there were 34 people who logged in that day at the same time?

If it's at the same time might be kind of rough coordinating that with the 35 people needed.

I'd say, that once you log onto the forum site you appear on the "who's online page" and you remain online as long as you stay on the site (as in keeping your browser window open). This works as well when you read threads, post stuff or PM or if you just let the browser active. It would take 35 people being here browsing the boards at the same point of time, regardless of when they start and when they leave. They have just to be here with 34 other members

I think it's quite a challange but doable nevertheless

The challenge is getting everyone on the boards at the same time. I'd say there are way more users than that who browse the forum, just not that many who actually use them! And we live all round the world!
