Wow . . . I wonder if this will work out . . . otherwise it's a big government spending boundogle.
I am more interested in the Space Elevator projects that are being designed . . . high risk technologies . . . but the returns would revolutionize planet to space mass transfers.

It's in the middle of no where, relatively close to a major pacific to atlantic interstate, and close to many other government facilities . . . what's not to like?
