Space Race or Race for Space Game

After spending a few hours scouring the internet, I decided to put this question to the braintrust here at Trek RPG Net.

I once had a paper-and-pencil game called "Race for Space" (I think...it may have been called "Space Race") in which you had 20-or-so turns to go from the beginning of the space race to landing on the moon. The game could be played solo or against others, and featured budgets, success/failure chances for each mission, R&D, and so on. I think I bought the game in the mid-80s.

Anyway, I loved that game, and was hoping one of my fellow "old fogies" at least remembered it (and maybe have seen something about it floating around the net and could point me in that direction).
