Duct tape is like The Force. It has a light side, a dark side, and it holds the universe together.

Like it or not there is a lot of stuff that not too important like RPG games, porn (they made specially rules just to allow information about it on there), comics, fictional worlds (Trek, Star Wars, Middle Earth), Movie & TV show articles, etc on Wikipedia.org . There are other place on the internet for them imdb.com for movies and tv.com for TV shows, etc. Not that these should not be any articles on it. There should be general articles on them. So there should be an article about Star Trek and some mention about the RPGs, books, and the like in the article. There are plenty of place to start a wiki or find an existing wiki to hold the information like Memory Beta, The Star Trek licensed works. You can take the article wholesale given the same license, GNU FDL, at Memory Beta and Wikipedia.

But what does being important have to do with wikipedia?
It isn't like it is some well thought-out comprehensive, study of human knoweldge and/or experience. It more like a place for those who think certain things are great to spend time putting up information.
It's not like taking it off of wiki would make any sort of difference to the RPG.
