Hey guys,
Just realized I'd never advertised this here, so if you didn't notice the ad's over at the Decipher boards, here ya go.
I've started up a Trek campaign over at RPOL (www.rpol.net), using CODA rules. For those of you that might've been familiar with it, it's been built using the rules that were prepared for the short-lived (ie: never really got off the ground) World-wide Campaign (ST:The Continuing Missions). The main problem with the campaign was a lack of volunteers to help write and run games, plus lack of cohesive player bases (players were too scattered, hard to get a game together)... but I figure that after all the prep work that was put into getting the campaign setup might as well try to use it anyway, and see if it actually works. Plus this way, I can just narrate it all myself, and if required make some of it up on the fly, thereby overcoming the lack of volunteers issue, and being online brings together players from all over. Wink
Anyway, if you're interested in joining up, or at least reading up some more information about it, come-on over to rpol.net, look under "Sci-Fi" for the game "Star Trek: The Continuing Missions (CODA)", and send me a request to join. (or direct link http://www.rpol.net/game.cgi?gi=24942). Hope to see some of you over there.
