    Erick Wujcik Is Dying...

    Erick is a long-time Michigan resident, founder of the Detroit Gaming Center, the designer of Amber Diceless Roleplay and Shadow Knight for Phage Press, and of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Other Strangeness, Mystic China, Ninjas and Superspies and Revised RECON for Palladium Books. He also contributed several memorable adventures for West End Games' Paranoia game line.

    He was recently diagnosed with advanced pancreatic cancer, and has been given very little time to live. His long-time friend and Palladium publisher, Kevin Siembieda, has set up a blog where people can leave testimonials and tributes to Erick. If Erick has touched your life in some way, through his games or otherwise, I encourage you to visit the site and leave a comment to that effect.

    Erick Wujcik passed away on Saturday, after a six-month battle with pancreatic cancer. I am grateful for his kindness and generosity, and shall always cherish his infectious good humor. Goodbye and hello, gentle friend, as always.
