Very cool updates. Just finished the whole trilogy of Destiny novels and I've got to say this fansite, plus the novels, plus the ST: online previews, PLUS the upcoming movie has got me all fired up again about Trek.

I second that! PGoodman's site rocks, and there has been a new Star Trek spark within my life for the last weeks. It feels good to be 'back'.

Another update. Several new starships and an update to the Excel starship generator. More coming as time moves on; I'm feeling a creative surge in this particular area, so I hope to get a few of my projects finished up and posted.

Say, does anyone have a copy of the "Divine Treasury" web-book for Ferengi characters? The Wayback Machine has failed me.

EDIT: Never mind. My search fu has recovered from the sickness it got from my three-year-old. I've found a copy to stick on ye olde resource site.

Okay, another small update. Added a starship I should have posted weeks ago, and added a document full of chargen options that any Ferengi fan will find hugely helpful.

Another minor update. Added some new ships by K.G. Carlson (his takes on the venerable Constitution-class, both before and after refit), and a minor tweak on my own Tal Shaia-class Romulan ship (fixed a couple things in the credits and tweaked the image of the ship). More coming soon, hopefully to include my very first ebook (which is giving me fits in terms of making the layout look good).

Finally got tired of some of the emails I get, and so I've added this to the page. I'm reposting it here for the sake of getting the message out.

"I'd like to take a moment to address a couple of frequently asked questions. I'm not going to set up a special FAQ section because I really don't get very many concerning this site or its content. I get a lot of emails asking about PDF copies of the CODA Star Trek books, especially the two PDF-only releases, Worlds and Mirror Universe. Well, they are out there...and they're not here on this site, nor will they be. Those copies out there are illegal, and I kind of want to keep this site on the up-and-up. Yes, I know where they can be found. No, I won't tell you where they are. Please don't ask me."

It's not a big surprise to those who know me that I'm an old-school Trekkie, and for the longest time my version of Star Fleet had a very small number of ship classes. I decided to stat them all out once with the Narrator's Guide, and I've finally gotten around to statting things out with Starships and its greater selection of 23rd century components.

Once I get the layout done (and I have to come up with some art for a couple of ships), I'll have Starships of the Star Fleet Technical Manual up on the site.
