If you don't know Uwe Boll, he's responsible for making BloodRayne and In The Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale films, both films have been bombed by many critics and moviegoers alike. He's also been known to exploit the Germany's tax shelter code* to fund his films (recently lost the funding) to make many of the videogame-based films and prided himself to be a genius and slammed others like Michael Bay and Eli Roth.
* The law allows investors in German-owned films to write off 100% of their investment as a tax deduction.
