Star Trek of Gods and Men...

It seems like the cast cant get enough... I was aware of the internet series Star Trek of Gods and Men for ages, and finally got around to watching part 1 today.

Looks pretty good for a free fan resource....

I have to admit that it was surprisingly good. Maybe the script seemed a bit clunky at moments, but by the end of part 1 if feels no less clunky than any of the first seasons... And the CGI for a freebie, is well worth it, and compares well to the multi-million dollar stuff.

And they managed to get a Trek Alumni cast, hell, Tim Russ directs. In the meantime, Nichelle Nichols, Walter Koeng, Tim Russ, Garret Wang, Chase MAsterson, Ethan Philips, among a great many others either reprise their previous roles where appropriate or just jump in for the hell of it.

I am off to watch part II.

Edit: Sorry to say, you will need a decent connection and machine from the looks of it, its only available as a streaming file...

Can't watch it, the Flash streaming is horridly choppy on my old Mac. Seeing what amounts to a series of two-second jump cuts doesn't really make for great viewing.
