    I am not too fond of this one-coloured uniforms. I think they look very generic and have that impression of a pyjama. I curious however how they will look in the final movie. We'll see...

    Those one-color uniforms remind me of the Original Series crew jumpsuits that we often saw nameless extras wearing, and red was established in Wrath of Khan to indicate cadets. So perhaps a cadet's jumpsuit is red until they achieve midshipman, whereupon they get a jumpsuit in the color of their division? I'm just making this up as I go along...
