No I think he means something else.
There have been some threads here (have no time to use the search function right now...) that point to some Deckplans of Intrepid class and other Trek ships that haven't been covered by official sources...

Yes to the DS9 TM one's no to the one's that got advertised here.
The TM one's while pretty, where pretty GAH as they didn't even fit the technical illustrations and cutaways in the book and make the thing TINY
