Online Gaming – LUG Star Trek

Last year I started a thread asking about a Friday night game online. Well things have changed since then so I figured I’d posted again and ask if there are any players and game masters interested in playing LUG Star Trek online using a Virtual Game Table.

For those who are unaware a VGT is basically a program used for playing pencil and paper role-playing games online. The one we use is called MapTool. We use it because it is versatile which basically means it can be used for any all games with relatively little setup and it’s free which is the right price for any gamer.

Currently there are two of us who are players that are looking to play. We are looking for a game master or two and of course 2-4 more players to join us. As for the game we are hoping to play once a week. Friday, Saturday, or Sunday evenings would probably be the best bet as a time for all.

Here is the link to MapTool so that you all know what I am talking about as well as link that has a screen shot of one of the games we played last year.

Well if anyone is interested just post under this thread or send me a private message. Hopefully a group can be put together soon and we can all start gaming.

I too am looking for an online LUG, however I am looking more for forum play.

I'd be interested if it was through virtual tabletop.

Well I figured I'd give this a bump...long over due though.

We are still looking for game masters and players for a Star Trek game using the icon system and a virtual table top.

Days we can play have changed to Thursday and Friday nights.

I'm surprised there aren't more fans of Last Unicorn Game's version of ST and more players out there who use a VTT.

I'll look into this. I'll let you know as soon as I know.
