I'm not sure who that girl might be just based on what I see in the Wolverine trailer.

I suppose they're introducing a new robot to the Terminator franchise. At least one that fights in the future which is where this new Terminator movie seems to be set.

So, Checked IMDB about X-men Origins: Wolverine.

Emma Frost appears in the credits, and in the newer trailers, the girl that 'turned to ice' now turns into or becomes covered by small crystals, or diamonds.
Since this is a 'secondary mutation' that Emma Frost has (don't ask, I didn't start handing out nonsensical powers to established characters), I'm going to assume that Emma and 'ice/diamond girl' are one in the same.
