Does anyone have the form version Madirishman's LUG TOS Sciences (Blue) PDF? I can't seem to find it on RPGSheets. Got the other versions, but the Blue form seems to be lost. The link is to the non-interactive version.

but then again there seems to be no way to download them properly, instead i had to use the waybackmachine to download at least one of them.

I think aside from haveing to use the wayback machine, the threadopener was looking for the TOS version (blue = science branch) versions of the forms, where my link just provided the TNG versions.

I sent him a note last Saturday, but no word back yet.

The idea of the waybackmachine was a good one, used it to check out various RPGSheet links, but the TOS blue form version did not turn up. I think he uploaded the sheet version by mistake at the time, because that's what the wayback links took me to.

No biggie, and thanks for the ideas! If I hear back from MI, I'll post a followup here.
